Abstract
BACKGROUND: The intervention in the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic from La Carlota Hospital gives an opportunity to assess the clinical effect of a healthy lifestyle in an inpatient setting with emphasis in a plant-based diet, supervised daily exercise, sleep hygiene, psychological and optional spiritual therapies. This work evaluated the effect of short-term therapy on biometrics and blood profiles' risk factors for non-communicable diseases (NCDs).Entities:
