Abstract
AIMS: Impairment of vascular function contributes to the progression of chronic heart failure (HF) by increasing the afterload. Treatment with selective sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors improves the prognosis of HF, but the precise mechanisms remain unclear.
