Abstract
BACKGROUND: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is associated with a higher prevalence of postoperative atrial fibrillation in patients who underwent cardiac surgery. However, whether OSA is a risk factor for postoperative atrial fibrillation after septal myectomy remains unclear.
