Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Prospective urology applicants in Saudi Arabia must go through a rigorous matching process. Defining which aspects of an applicant's portfolio or interview will get them matched is difficult. Our objective is to provide information on which aspects of an application are the most important. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, an electronic survey was sent out to all urology program directors (PD). The survey included 27 items from an application that were rated by the respondent using a 5-point Likert scale.Entities:
