Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, in which psychological factors play an important role. In the studies of common markers of psoriasis and depression, the abnormal function of the stress axis in both diseases is highlighted, whereas interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1 are indicated as particularly important. AIM: To evaluate the relationship between the affective temperament traits and the intensity of depressive symptoms in patients with psoriasis in the context of immunoenzymatic markers.Entities:
