Abstract
BACKGROUND: The validity of lymphadenectomy of the lymph node along the superior mesenteric vein (LN14v) in gastric cancer remains controversial. The study investigated the characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer with metastasis or micrometastasis to LN14v.Entities:
