Abstract
BACKGROUND: Hemogram parameters and procalcitonin (PCT) play auxiliary roles in the diagnosis and outcome of sepsis. However, it is not clear whether these indicators can quickly distinguish bacterial classification or guide the choice of empirical antibiotics.Entities:
