Abstract

(2-Chloroquinolin-3-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-carboxamides were synthesized from hydrazones obtained via the reaction of 3-formyl-2-chloroquinoline with oxamic acid thiohydrazides. © Springer Science+Business Media LLC 2021.
