Abstract
BACKGROUND: As the rate of early postoperative complications decline after transplant with pediatric donation after circulatory death (DCD) kidneys, attention has shifted to the long-term consequences of donor-recipient (D-R) size disparity given the pernicious systemic effects of inadequate functional nephron mass.Entities:
