Abstract

Adjusted for age, health insurance, diabetes mellitus, systemic hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemias, and heart failure, using stepwise selection in logistic regression. The adjusted model was calibrated well (P = 0.1057, Hosmer‐Lemeshow) and had good discrimination with a c‐statistic (area under the curve) of 0.846.
