Figure 3(A) The daily administration of 40 mg methylprednisolone was ineffective. (B) After changing to a daily dose of 80 mg methylprednisolone, the patient’s oxygenation level improved, and the inflammation was absorbed. Upon decreasing the dose to 40 mg methylprednisolone again, the inflammation recurred.
