Composite adverse perinatal outcome (CAPO) was defined as stillbirth or a combination of at least two of the following: obstetric intervention due to intrapartum fetal distress (IFD), neonatal acidemia (umbilical artery pH < 7.10), birth weight < 3rd percentile and transfer to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
