Abstract
BACKGROUND: Gas-related symptoms (GRS) are common in the general population (GPop) and among patients with disorders of gut-brain interactions but there is no patient-reported outcome evaluating these symptoms and their impact on daily life. We have previously developed a 43-item intestinal gas questionnaire (IGQ). The aim of the present study is to perform a psychometric validation of this instrument.Entities:

During the 2nd completion, there were FL missing items for 1 patient preventing to calculate the corresponding FL score and the Global scores.
Wilcoxon rank test for paired samples and ICC concerned 67 subjects except for FL, and Global scores where 66 subjects could be analyzed.
