Figure 1A 42-year-old woman with a 3.2-cm lesion in her right breast. The lesion appeared hyperintense on DWIs obtained at b = 0 (A) and b = 800 (B), and hypointense on ADC map (ADCmean 1.251 × 10-3 mm2/s, ADCmin 0.726 × 10-3 mm2/s). It was diagnosed as fibroepithelial lesion at core needle biopsy and upgraded to ductal carcinoma in situ at definitive histopathological examination after surgical excision
