Abstract
Alagille syndrome is an autosomal dominant multisystem disorder with an estimated frequency of 1 in 30 000. Only a small number of pregnancy outcomes have been described in women with this condition. The report details the pregnancy outcomes of two women with Alagille syndrome. We also review the literature pertaining to this syndrome in pregnancy and demonstrate a significant risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Entities:
