Cutting Edge Craniomaxillofacial Trauma Reconstruction.

Dennis C Nguyen1.

Abstract

Facial injuries remain a significant source of morbidity in trauma. Due to the variety and unpredictable patterns of injuries associated with either blunt or ballistic mechanisms, advanced diagnostic imaging and complex management options are necessary. Multidisciplinary collaboration is essential to optimize the care of craniomaxillofacial trauma. Copyright 2021 by the Missouri State Medical Association.
