One –way ANOVA shows significant differences for effects session (S) for relative oxygen consumption (VO2), ventilation (VE), heart rate (HR) and duration of each session. Area under the Curve (AUC) and Satiety Quotient (SQ) for satiety and hunger are presented. Post-hoc analysis * significantly different from CONT at p < 0.05, # significantly different from WAT at p < 0.05, ¥ significantly different from LAND at p < 0.05; NS: non significant.
