Abstract
We present the first case in the literature of a patient with a histology-proven intimal sarcoma of the heart, recurrent after surgery, treated with stereotactic MR-guided online adaptive radiation therapy on an MR-Linac machine. The treatment was feasible and well tolerated. The CT scan 6 months after the last treatment showed stable disease.Entities:

Calculated BED and EQD2 for 12 × 5 Gy and 25 × 2 Gy schemes
| Dose fractionation | BED (α/β = 3) | BED (α/β = 10) | EQD2 (α/β = 3) | EQD2 (α/β = 10) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12 × 5 Gy | 160 | 90 | 96 | 75 |
| 25 × 2 Gy | 83 | 60 | 50 | 50 |
BED, biological effective dose; EQD2, equivalent dose for 2 Gy fractions.
