Abstract
Incomplete Kawasaki disease (IKD) is characterized by a longer fever time, younger age of onset, and higher incidence of coronary artery disease compared with complete Kawasaki disease. Kawasaki disease is often difficult to diagnose early because of its incomplete clinical symptoms. This issue could delay treatment and harm the health of the child. This article reviews the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of IKD to help clinicians understand the symptoms of IKD, make the correct diagnosis, and provide timely treatment.Entities:
