Abstract
We describe the protocol for the efficient in vitro differentiation of human neural stem cells (NSCs) from human-induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells). NSCs differentiate via neural epithelial progenitors enabling the analysis of early neuronal development. They represent neural progenitor cells, which are capable of differentiating into neurons and glia.Entities:
