Abstract
BACKGROUND: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with an increased risk of the progression of coronary artery disease (CAD). However, there are few data on the relationship between CAD severity and the duration of CKD. Figure 2.ROC curves for determining the cutoff level of CKD duration for a SYNTAX score ≥ 22. The area under the ROC curve was 0.889 (p < 0.001). The Youden index was 6.5 (years since renal insufficiency), with a specificity of 0.737 and a sensitivity of 0.935.
