Viral load (HIV‐1 RNA levels) and CD4 cell count were available for 109 and 108 cases, respectively.
Serologic testing (surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus, anti‐hepatitis C virus), genotype, and viral load, as confirmed by polymerase chain reaction.
