Selection criteria for lung volume reduction surgery

| FEV1 < 45% | FEV1 < 20% |
| 6-MWD > 140 m | Recurrent infectious exacerbations |
CT – computed tomography, FEV1 – forced expiratory volume in 1 s, RV – residual volume, TLC – total lung capacity, 6-MWD – 6 min walking distance.
