Abstract
OBJECTIVES: This qualitative study aimed to explore motivational sources of physicians, at the time of selection and while pursuing ObGyn career. Secondary aim was to explore challenges and strategies adapted by these physicians to overcome these challenges.Entities:

I faced a lot of difficulties…. my pregnancies went along with night on-calls. Later I had to leave my small babies at home while they were still on breast-feed and I was not able to come home to feed them.
