Abstract
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an increasingly common cause of dysphagia, food impaction, and abdominal pain. Cow's milk is a major trigger of EoE, but the exact mechanism remains unclear. We present a case of EoE occurring shortly after switching from regularly pasteurized milk to ultra-pasteurized milk.Entities:
