Abstract
BACKGROUND: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is characterized by pruritus and cholestasis in late pregnancy and results in adverse pregnancy outcomes, including preterm delivery and birth weight, which are affected by the genetic and environmental background.
