Abstract
This article explores the current status of internationalization of medical education in the United States. Dominant themes of articles published from 2000 to 2018 indicate that common formats are institutional partnerships, international learning at home, and student mobility programs. Critical analysis on the basis of internationalization of higher education, recommendations, and future perspective is given. © International Association of Medical Science Educators 2020.Entities:
