Abstract
OBJECTIVES: Contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) accounts for 10% of all causes of hospital-acquired renal failure. The pathophysiological cellular mechanism of the CIN development remains unclear and seems to be multifactorial. Herein, we aimed to determine the role of red cell distribution width (RDW) in the development of CIN after elective percutaneous intervention in patients with stable coronary artery disease, which in our opinion has not been researched enough.Entities:
