Figure 2.Box-plots of signal-intensity scores of grayscale histograms based on ultrasound images before and after treatment. There was a significant relationship between classification of the myometrium pre-treatment and post-treatment using CA-125 levels and histogram grayscale analysis, using the Mann–Whitney test (P ≤ 0.05).
Figure 3.Paired t-test data showed that the signal-intensity scores correlated with serum CA-125 levels, suggesting that ultrasonographic comparison could be used to evaluate the outcome of GnRH agonist treatment.
