BACKGROUND: Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in promoting ostergenesis. WNT1 mutations have been considered as a major cause of ostergenesis imperfect (OI). We identified an OI patient with pathogenic consanguineous-derived homozygous WNT1 missense mutation.Entities:
