Abstract
PURPOSE: Youth with disabilities face challenges regarding achieving autonomy. The 'Skills for Growing Up' tool was adapted for use in Dutch pediatric rehabilitation (SGU-D) to support development of autonomy. This study presents the experiences with the SGU-D tool.Entities:
