Abstract
BACKGROUND: Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide that upregulates gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion. It is an essential element for the luteinizing hormone (LH) surge and ovulation. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) expose alteration in both GnRH and LH secretion levels.Entities:
