Abstract
A case of chronic exertional compartment syndrome of the forearm flexor muscles after routine, strenuous work activity is presented. Intramuscular pressure monitoring before and after operation documented the efficacy of decompressive fasciotomy. A higher index of suspicion of forearm chronic compartment syndrome might have led to earlier diagnosis and treatment.Mesh:
