Mean±SD for quantitative data; n (%) for qualitative data.
CCH, chronic cluster headache; CH, cluster headache; ECH, episodic cluster headache; PCCH, probable chronic cluster headache; PECH, probable episodic cluster headache; PTH-CH, post-traumatic headache with cluster headache phenotype.
Figure 1Estimated OR in log-10 scale of each selected item entered into the logistic regression model with significant result (n=17). Eventually, we used the built-in ROSE.eval function in order to estimate our model accuracy. The ROSE.eval function implemented a ROSE version of holdout: the logistic regression was fitted on one sample generated by ROSE and tested on the original data set. The threshold for the logistic regression was set to 0.5. It turned out that the area under the curve was 0.874, which shows the accuracy of the estimated model. CCH, chronic cluster headache; CH, cluster headache.
