Abstract
It was found that the use of a new strain-producer Escherichia coli, expressing the heme receptor ChuA, enables obtaining a hemin-containing modular nanotransporter (MNT) for drug delivery into the nuclei of target cells. The hemin-containing MNT becomes stabilized, which leads to an increase in its thermal stability and prevents aggregation of this protein.Entities:
