UACR and eGFR were ln-transformed for normal distribution before linear regression analysis. The regression models were adjusted for age, sex, HbA1c, BMI, urine acid, the duration of diabetes, current smoking, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and current use metformin.
Figure 3Associations of thyroid hormones and antibodies with reduced eGFR, higher UACR, and higher UACR and/or reduced eGFR. They were analyzed by using logistic regression. The regression models were adjusted for age, sex, HbA1c, BMI, UA, the duration of diabetes, current smoking, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and current use of metformin.
