Abstract
Graphene oxide wrapped gold nanoparticles (Au@NGO) were fabricated by a one-step synthesis. The surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) signal from Au@NGO was employed for intracellular Raman imaging in HeLa cancer cells. Anticancer drug doxorubicin was attached onto the nanoparticle surface through noncovalent interactions, and was delivered into HeLa cells for chemotherapy.Entities:
