Figure 2Shows Axial post contrast soft tissue and bone window CT images of a 20-year-old male patient with undifferentiated NPC who presented with left neck swelling, ear pain and dysphagia of 7 months' duration. Left nasopharyngeal mass with extension to the parapharyngeal and masticator space (a) with erosion of the petrous bone and left side of the clivus (b) and large necrotic left level III lymph node (c).
