Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Giant cell tumor of bone with pulmonary and bone metastases is exceedingly rare in adolescents. Furthermore, Denosumab and Sunitinib in the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone has never been reported. PATIENT CONCERNS: A 16-year-old boy complained of fever, chest tightness, and shortness of breath and back pain for 5 days.
