Abstract
A review of 76 patients with lichen sclerosus et atrophicus reveals a number of cases in which this disorder is associated with glucose intolerance or diabetes mellitus. The performance of an oral glucose tolerance test is therefore recommended for all patients with lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.Entities:
