Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevations are common among HIV-infected patients on combination antiretroviral therapy (cART). APPROACH: We conducted a prospective cohort study of 3023 HIV-infected Tanzanian adults initiating cART.
