Abstract
BACKGROUND: The revised 2015 Canadian Guidelines requires a more specific prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE) threshold for a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) diagnosis. The unintended consequences of adhering to the suggested PAE threshold for an FASD diagnosis and the challenges professionals face in obtaining an accurate PAE history were explored.Entities:
