Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The aim of this study is to evaluate the trends in the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) over time (2006-2014) for patients diagnosed with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) with nonurothelial variant histology (NUVH) in the National Cancer Database.Entities:

There was a linear increase in percentage receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy for urothelial histology across years. For the other histologies, the increase was more irregular. This is likely due to small n, which leads to increased error in the estimate of percentage neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In general, neuroendocrine histology had higher percentage neoadjuvant chemotherapy than other histologies
