Abstract
Occlusion of a cervical or cerebral artery may cause acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Recent advances in AIS treatment by endovascular thrombectomy have led to more widespread use of advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging, including perfusion CT (PCT).
