Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The mobilization and collection of sufficient autologous peripheral blood stem cells (APBSCs) are important for the fast and sustained reconstruction of hematopoietic function after autologous transplantation. This study aims to evaluate the mobilization effect and safety of thrombopoietin (TPO) combined with chemotherapy + G-CSF for APBSCs in patients with refractory/relapsed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Entities:

Notes: 100% and 86% (the red values) represent the percentage of patients meeting successful target (>2×106 CD34+ cells/kg) in TPO group and Control group, respectively. p<0.05, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. 72.9% and 41.3% (red values) represent the percentage of Patients meeting optimal target (>5×106 CD34+ cells/kg) in TPO group and Control group, respectively. p<0.05, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.
