Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The roles of genes in the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) in hypertension, including angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensinogen (AGT), angiotensin II receptor type 1 (AGTR1), and aldosterone synthase (CYP11B2), have been widely studied across different ethnicities, but there has been no such investigation in Thai population.Entities:

Figure 1Point estimates and 95% confidence bounds (grey areas) for the increase in SBP (a) and DBP (b) per rs1799752 risk allele. The dots represent specific BP percentiles in the quantile regression model with adjustment for sex, age, and BMI. The nonzero horizontal lines represent the linear regression coefficients and their 95% confidence intervals.
