Initial reaction rates of immobilized β-glucosidase on PCC and PCCox for the hydrolysis of oleuropein (OLE) and percentage conversion yield of OLE after 24 h of incubation in citrate phosphate buffer 100 mM, pH 5.0, and pH 6.5 for Albgl and Tmbgl, respectively, at 37 °C (the standard deviation was less than 5% in all cases).
