Abstract
Bacterial protein glycosylation (BPG) comes in all variations of form and manifestation: N-versus O-linked, dedicated versus broad-spectrum, sequential versus en bloc glycan addition, cytoplasmic versus extracytoplasmic. Here, I evaluate and address recent advances in the field of O-linked BPG focusing on selected systems of notoriety and in which significant advances have occurred of late.Entities:
