aOT is the urinary OT concentration measured by the alkaline hydrolysis pretreatment method. The others were measured by the enzymatic deconjugation pretreatment method. The spike recoveries of aOT and OT were calculated by the internal reference method using OT‐d7 as the internal standard. The spike recoveries of the other 13 compounds were calculated by the absolute calibration method.
Figure 1The relationships between the incubation time and reactive products. Solid lines: The concentration of each compound. Broken lines: The sum of the concentrations of OT and its six metabolites ACR, 2AC, 3AC, AMP, NHM, and ACT (MET7)
Figure 2Concentration (A) and proportion (B) of OT and its six metabolites in each worker's urine measured by the enzymatic deconjugation pretreatment method. OT and its six metabolites were not determined in the worker's BT urine, and thus there are 35 bars in the graph. 24hAS, 24 hr after the shift, AS: just after the workers' trial shift day; BS, before the workers' trial shift day; BT, before the trial
