The disease was relatively stable for that patient with an annual rate of EZ area loss of 0.02 mm2 and of EZ width expansion of 33 μm/y. Patient (B) is a 14-year-old female (P5) with rapid disease progression over 38 months, with an annual rate of EZ area loss of 0.73 mm2 and of EZ width loss of 128 μm.
